What is Breathe to Relieve?
Life can be pretty stressful.
As a high school student, the pressure to eventually be accepted into a prestigious university, earn phenomenal grades, participate in countless extracurricular activities, maintain friendships, and balance home life is often very overwhelming. Looking for healthy ways to cope with everyday stress is fundamental for both getting by and enjoying life. Knowing I was not alone in this battle against stress, I created Stress is a Mess: Breathe to Relieve as a Girl Scout Gold Award Project. If you are feeling stressed, please feel free to experiment with any of the techniques compiled in these booklets and videos (I have personally tried all of them and like to use different techniques at different times). Check out the FREE picture-oriented booklet outlining 8 quick, easy, and healthy stress relieving techniques on the booklets page (booklets are available in English, French, and Spanish), and watch the videos for more information on the techniques!
